ACCOMMODATION
We’re proud of our spaces; comfortable, safe, and secure, with accessibility designed for those with disabilities in mind. As the type of places where people want to be – and crucially, want to return to – our suites offer a relaxed, bright, vibrant environment to connect in, explore in, and grow your independence.
SUPPORT WORKERS
All of our support staff hold a (CHC33021) Certificate III in Individual Support or higher qualification. We hire the type of caregivers that we’d trust to look after our own loved ones – experienced, trained in simulated environments, rigorously background checked, and deeply compassionate. Where good people do great things.
TRANSPORT
Recent updates to the NDIS guidelines mean that STA funding cannot be used to pay for day-to-day living costs such as food and groceries, lifestyle costs or travel. Participants can conveniently book all your transportation needs directly through trusted partners at the participant's expense.
MOBILITY EQUIPMENT
We’re firm in the belief that mobility limitations should never come between you and the experiences you crave. By catering to participants mobility needs, we’re able to protect your independence and nurture your comfort, from wheelchairs and scooters, to transfer and bathroom aids.
FOOD
Following recent changes to NDIS terms and conditions, food is no longer covered under STA funding. However, every location we offer boasts many accessible restaurants and cafes in close proximity, so you can immerse yourself in the community like a true local!
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
We believe in the power of exploration, encouraging you to access the most memorable experiences; from cafes, beaches, museums, and live music events to botanical gardens. Our itineraries open up the world beyond your doorstep.
