How should I choose which location?
We’d love to chat, to discuss which Gold Coast accommodation we think would fit you best. The good news? Both locations offer the same facilities, exceptional surroundings, and the same standard of room.
How far in advance should I book STA?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you have your next stay in mind. That said, we understand that respite can be needed unexpectedly, and plans can change, so we’ll always do our utmost to accommodate you last minute.
Do you provide transportation to and from the STA accommodation?
Due to recent updates to STA guidelines, funding can only be used for assistance with self-care or community access and short-term accommodation. It cannot be used to pay for day-to-day living costs such as food and groceries, lifestyle costs or transportation.
